GoAdvisor's Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering, accessing, or using the GoAdvisor platform (the “Platform”), you confirm that you accept these Terms of Use, and acknowledge and agree that these Terms govern and condition your access to, and use of, the Platform and any content provided herein. You understand that these Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and GoAdvisor. If you are using the Platform as a business entity or on behalf of a business entity, you represent that you have the authority to legally bind that entity. If you do not agree to be bound by these Terms, you may not access or use the Platform or any content, and you should cease to do so immediately. We encourage you to review these Terms regularly to stay informed of any updates.

2. Definitions

“User,” “you,” or “your” refers to any individual or entity accessing or using our Platform, either in a personal capacity or as a representative of an organization or employer. This includes, but is not limited to, Clients, Advisors, and any other visitors to the Platform.

“Account” signifies the account associated with your email address.

“Services” are Professional Services offered on GoAdvisor.

“Advisor” denotes a User that offers and provides Professional Services or identifies as a Professional Services Provider on GoAdvisor.

“Professional Services” encompass finance, legal, or business-related services provided by the Advisor.

“Client” refers to a User (including an Advisor looking for services) that purchases services from Advisors on GoAdvisor.

3. Services Provided

GoAdvisor is a listing platform that connects users with finance, legal, and business advisors in the UAE. We facilitate the discovery and promotion of professional services offered by registered advisors. Our platform allows users to browse and connect directly with advisors who meet their needs.

4. User Responsibilities

When using our Platform, you agree to:

Provide accurate and truthful information during registration and service postings.
Respect all applicable laws and regulations.
Use the platform for lawful purposes and refrain from engaging in harmful or abusive behavior.

5. Restrictions

You must not:

Use the Platform if you are under eighteen (18) years of age.
Use the Platform in any manner that violates any applicable law or regulation or for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.
Create a false identity on the Platform or misrepresent your identity. GoAdvisor reserves the right to require users to undergo a verification process to use the Platform.
Create a profile for anyone other than yourself or use another user’s account or personal information without permission. Your profile must accurately reflect your qualifications, specialties, location, and other relevant information.
Create multiple accounts without prior approval from GoAdvisor’s Safety and Security Team. Mass account creation may lead to the suspension of all related accounts.
Use the Platform if you are barred by law from receiving or providing services under UAE or other applicable jurisdiction laws.
Use the Platform if you are not legally able to enter into binding contracts.
Use the Platform if you have been suspended from using it.
Use the Platform without a valid email address.
Use the Platform if you have a criminal record or are not in compliance with applicable laws.
Use the Platform without holding a valid Emirates ID.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform, the server on which the Platform is hosted, or any server, computer, or database connected to the Platform.
Interfere with, damage, or disrupt any part of the Platform, including the content, systems, networks, or equipment used in the operation of the Platform, or any of the software supporting it.
Knowingly introduce viruses, trojans, worms, logic bombs, or other malicious or technologically harmful materials to the Platform.
Impersonate any person or misrepresent your identity while using the Platform.
Conduct yourself in a vulgar, offensive, harassing, or otherwise objectionable manner while using the Platform.
Use the Platform to send unsolicited advertisements or spam.
Reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, trade, resell, or exploit any portion of the Platform or its content for commercial purposes without prior authorization.
Use manual methods or any software, devices, scripts, bots, crawlers, or similar means to scrape, mine, or compile information from the Platform and/or its content, or bypass any measures designed to prevent such activities.
Reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, decipher, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the Platform or its content.
Disparage, tarnish, or otherwise harm, in our opinion, GoAdvisor or the Platform.
Engage in unauthorized framing of the Platform or link/market the Platform through activities that are prohibited by laws, regulations, or third parties’ Terms of Use.
Use the Platform as part of any effort to compete with GoAdvisor or for any revenue-generating or commercial enterprise purposes.
Use the Platform to advertise or offer goods and services not listed on GoAdvisor.
Attempt to use GoAdvisor’s Platform or services for any objectionable or unauthorized purposes.
Download and aggregate listings from the Platform for display with listings from other Platforms without our express written permission, or incorporate any part of the Platform into another Platform without authorization.
Use GoAdvisor to facilitate monetary exchanges, including cryptocurrencies.
Harvest or collect information about Users, including email addresses, without consent.
Collect Usernames or email addresses by electronic or other means for unsolicited communication or create User accounts through automated methods or false pretenses.
Use, launch, develop, or distribute any automated system, including spiders, robots, scrapers, or offline readers, to access or interact with the Platform without authorization.
Circumvent, disable, or interfere with security features of the Platform that prevent or restrict copying or enforce usage limitations.
Reproduce, transfer, adapt, modify, distribute, transmit, display, create derivative works, publish, or otherwise exploit the Platform or any part of it.
Remove any copyright or proprietary rights notices from the Platform.
Use automation software (bots), hacks, modifications (mods), or any other unauthorized third-party software designed to alter or interact with the Platform.
Use the Platform in a manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair its operation or interfere with other Users’ enjoyment.
Access or use the Platform in any way not expressly permitted by these Terms of Use.

We reserve the right to report any violations of these restrictions to the appropriate law enforcement authorities and will fully cooperate by providing them with your identity and relevant information as required.

6. Service Listings

Advisors may list their services in various categories, including finance, legal, and business consulting. Listings must adhere to our content guidelines and these Terms and accurately reflect the services offered. Advisors are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of their listings, including service details, pricing (if applicable), and availability.

As a User of the Platform, you agree to the following:

You will not offer illegal, fraudulent, or unethical services.
You will not post misleading, spam, nonsensical, violent, or deceptive service listing.
You will not upload adult-oriented or pornographic materials.

By posting a service on GoAdvisor, you represent and warrant that you have obtained all the necessary rights, licenses, consents, and permissions to list the service. Advisors are encouraged to obtain a general liability insurance policy with adequate coverage to protect against any risks associated with the performance of their services.

GoAdvisor reserves the right to remove services and/or Users from the Platform for violations of these Terms of Use and our Code of Conduct. Violations include, but are not limited to, the following:

Offering illegal or fraudulent services.
Engaging in copyright or trademark infringement, or violating third-party Terms of Use.
Posting adult-oriented, pornographic, or inappropriate/obscene services.
Copying services intentionally.
Posting spam, nonsensical, violent, or deceptive services.
Misleading Clients or others with your services.
Reselling regulated goods.
Offering to complete academic work on behalf of Clients.
Providing exceedingly low-quality services.
Promoting GoAdvisor and/or its services through prohibited activities, unlawful means, or any marketing efforts that harm our relationships with Users or partners.

Services removed due to such violations may lead to the suspension of the Advisor’s account.

Services removed for violations cannot be restored or edited.
Services containing content that promotes platforms in breach of GoAdvisor’s Terms of Use or Code of Conduct will also be removed.
Advisors are required to upload appropriate service images related to the services they offer. Additional images can be uploaded by Advisors.
Statements on Service Pages that attempt to undermine or circumvent these Terms of Use are strictly prohibited.

7. Usernames and Passwords

Every individual using our Services must create an account by registering with a Username and password. You are responsible for safeguarding your Username and password and must ensure that they remain confidential. Sharing your Username or password with others is prohibited, and you bear full responsibility for any activities conducted under your account. We are not liable for any actions or omissions related to your Account. If you suspect or become aware of any unauthorized use of your Account or a breach of your password, you must notify us immediately. You also agree not to use another User’s Account or log in using their Username and password.

8. Relationship with GoAdvisor

We provide an online platform for Users to find and connect. We are not directly involved in your negotiations or the delivery/completion of Professional Services and are not a party to any agreements you may make with other Users. You are solely responsible for the content you publish on GoAdvisor and for your agreements with other Users, including vetting each other and fulfilling the agreements.

GoAdvisor offers a platform that enables Users to find one another, enter into service relationships and agreements, receive and provide Professional Services, and make and receive payments outside of GoAdvisor.

You acknowledge and agree that GoAdvisor does not supervise, direct, control, or monitor Users in the performance of any contractual obligations they may have under a Service Contract or Direct Contract and agree that:

GoAdvisor is not responsible for ensuring the accuracy or legality of any User Content, for which Users are solely responsible.
GoAdvisor is not responsible for offering, performing, or procuring Professional Services.
GoAdvisor does not make any representations about or guarantee any particular User’s offered services.
Nothing will create an employment, agency, or joint venture relationship between GoAdvisor and any User offering services.

While GoAdvisor may provide certain Badges on User profiles, these Badges do not guarantee quality, ability, qualifications, certification, registration, or the willingness of the Badged User to complete a Service Contract.

You further acknowledge and agree that Users, and not GoAdvisor, are solely responsible for:

Evaluating and determining the suitability of any Project or User.
Assessing whether to enter into a Service Contract or Direct Contract with another User and verifying any information about another User, including Composite Information.
Deciding whether to enter into a Service Contract or Direct Contract on GoAdvisor, as well as the contract terms.
Negotiating, agreeing to, and executing any terms or conditions of the contracts, and performing and monitoring performance under them.

All Service and Contracts between Users are made solely between the Users, and GoAdvisor is not a party to these contracts.

9. Service Fees & Refunds

While basic service listings may be offered for free, additional services, such as boosting or featuring listings, may incur a fee. You agree to pay any fees associated with the services you select, as outlined on our pricing page.

Fees for any promotional services (e.g., boost or featured listings) are non-refundable, even in cases where your listing or account is removed or terminated, either by you or by GoAdvisor, due to violation of these Terms or any other reason.

10. Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to close, suspend, or limit your access to your account at our discretion and without providing a reason. However, we may exercise this right under the following circumstances:

Breach of Terms: If we determine that you have breached or are acting in violation of these Terms of Use.
Infringement of Rights: If we determine that you have infringed upon legal rights, including Intellectual Property Rights, which may result in actual or potential claims.
Fraudulent or Illegal Activities: If we determine that you have engaged, or are engaging, in fraudulent or illegal activities.
Non-Response to Verification Requests: If you do not respond to requests for account verification.
Incomplete Verification: If you fail to complete account verification within three months of the request.
Risk Management: To manage any risk of loss to us, a user, or any other person.
Other Reasons: For any other reasons deemed appropriate by us.

11. User Content

User Content refers to the content that Users add to GoAdvisor, as opposed to content created by GoAdvisor itself. This includes all content uploaded by Clients and Advisors. GoAdvisor does not verify User Content for violations of copyright, trademarks, or other rights, and the User who uploads or creates such content is solely responsible for it and for any consequences arising from its use, disclosure, storage, or transmission.

While GoAdvisor does not claim ownership of your User Content, you grant us a non-exclusive, sublicensable, irrevocable, and royalty-free worldwide license. This license covers all copyrights, trademarks, patents, trade secrets, privacy, and publicity rights, and other intellectual property rights. It allows us to use, reproduce, transmit, print, publish, publicly display, exhibit, distribute, copy, comment on, modify, adapt, translate, create derivative works based on, and otherwise exploit such User Content in all media formats, both current and future, on third-party platforms, and without any limitation on the number of copies, frequency, or duration of use. This use may occur without further notice to you, and without requiring permission or payment from you or any other person or entity.

You acknowledge and agree that:

Forum Role: GoAdvisor acts solely as a forum for the distribution and publication of User Content. We do not guarantee that User Content will be available on the Platform and reserve the right (but not the obligation) to take any action we deem appropriate regarding your User Content.
Content Responsibility: We are not responsible for deleting or failing to store any content, regardless of whether it was available on the Platform.
Content Approval: All content submitted to the Platform is subject to our approval. We may reject, approve, or modify your User Content at our sole discretion.

By uploading or creating content on GoAdvisor, you represent and warrant that you own or have obtained all necessary rights, licenses, consents, permissions, and authority to use and upload such content. You further represent and warrant that your content:

Intellectual Property: Will not infringe on any copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret, or other intellectual property rights, including rights of publicity or privacy.
Legal Compliance: Complies with all applicable local, state, federal, and international laws, regulations, and conventions.
Defamation and Obscenity: Will not be defamatory, libelous, or obscene, and will not contain child pornography.
Weapons: Will not involve the development, design, manufacture, or production of missiles or nuclear, chemical, or biological weapons.
Policy Violations: Will not violate any policies, Terms of Use, or agreements of the platform or third parties.
Terrorism: Will not include content related to terrorist activities.
Accuracy: Will not contain false, misleading, or inaccurate information about any individual.
Malware and Viruses: Will not transmit or contain viruses, malware, or harmful programming routines intended to damage, interfere with, or expropriate data or personal information.

We encourage Users to report any violations along with appropriate proof of ownership. Reported content may be removed or disabled.

GoAdvisor is not responsible for the content, quality, or level of service provided by Advisors, even if they are Top Rated Advisors or have Promoted/Featured Services. We do not guarantee the delivery or completion of Services or any communications between Clients and Advisors. Users should use our rating system, community, and common sense when selecting services.

By offering a service, Advisors affirm that they have sufficient permissions, rights, and/or licenses to provide, sell, or resell the Service on GoAdvisor. Advisors advertising their services online must comply with all relevant laws and Terms of Use of the advertising platform. Failure to do so may result in the removal of the Service and suspension of the Advisor’s account.

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites. GoAdvisor does not control these third-party sites and does not endorse their content, products, services, practices, or performance. Using third-party links is at your own risk.

Information on the Platform, including content from our GoAdvisor blog, may include general advice on legal, financial, business, and other matters. While we strive for accuracy and timeliness, we make no guarantees regarding this information. Do not use it as tax, legal, or business advice without consulting a qualified professional.

GoAdvisor provides unmonitored access to third-party content, including User feedback and articles. We act only as a portal and have no liability related to third-party content on the Platform, whether related to copyright, intellectual property, defamation, privacy, obscenity, or other legal issues.

12. Communication

GoAdvisor fosters a professional, community-oriented, and friendly environment. All Users are expected to uphold this spirit in their interactions on the Platform. Below are the standards of conduct that all Users are required to follow:

Refrain from exchanging adult-oriented or pornographic materials and services.
Avoid harassment, hate speech, or harm towards other Users. Communication should remain constructive, professional, and courteous. Any use of abusive, inappropriate, or violent language will not be tolerated and may result in warnings, suspension, or the removal of your GoAdvisor account.
Use the Platform only for its intended purposes as provided by GoAdvisor.
Safeguard confidential information received from Clients, using it solely for the completion of their work.
Treat all Users with respect, without discrimination based on gender, race, age, religion, sexual orientation, or any other characteristic. GoAdvisor is open to all.
Do not engage in fraudulent or deceptive behavior, including attempts to obtain sensitive personal information under false pretenses.
Refrain from publishing or sending malicious content intended to compromise another User’s account or system. Respect the privacy of other Users by limiting contact to matters directly related to their services or orders.
Do not impersonate other Users or individuals, or use another User’s Username.
The Platform should only be used for its intended purpose, and commercial endeavors outside of those specifically endorsed or approved by GoAdvisor are prohibited.

13. Feedback

Purpose of Feedback: Clients and Advisors can rate their experience after completing a service interaction. Feedback reflects the Client’s overall experience with the Advisor and their Service. We encourage Clients to address any concerns with the Advisor directly during the active order period.

Feedback Policy: Providing feedback is a fundamental right of the Client. Feedback reviews will generally not be removed unless they clearly violate our Terms of Use or Code of Conduct.

Legitimate Feedback: To ensure the integrity of our Feedback system, reviews must originate from legitimate transactions within our community. Engaging in activities such as arranging purchases to artificially boost Advisor ratings or misusing the platform through additional accounts will result in the permanent suspension of all related accounts.

Public Display: Feedback comments from Clients are publicly displayed on both the Advisor’s Service Page and the Advisor’s profile page (under Reviews).

System Integrity: Users must not undertake any actions that could undermine the integrity of the feedback system. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate Accounts if we suspect that feedback or ratings may be manipulated or compromised.

Feedback Ownership: Any comments, suggestions, or other feedback provided to GoAdvisor regarding the platform, products, or services (collectively, “Feedback”) will be considered as granted to GoAdvisor. You grant GoAdvisor exclusive, royalty-free, fully paid-up, perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide ownership rights to such Feedback. GoAdvisor is not obligated to implement any Feedback received.

14. Nondiscrimination Statement

At GoAdvisor, our mission is to foster economic opportunities for all. We are committed to ensuring these opportunities are equally accessible to all qualified Advisors, regardless of their background, nationality, race, ethnicity, sex, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability status, veteran status, marital status, or any other protected characteristic.

We strive to create an inclusive and welcoming environment for all our Users. By using our Platform, you agree to avoid engaging in any unlawful discrimination or harassing behavior. Such conduct is strictly prohibited. We do not require Users to violate local laws or undertake actions that could lead to legal liability. GoAdvisor is committed to enforcing this policy and will take appropriate action, including account closure, against Users who engage in discriminatory or harassing conduct. If you encounter any instances of discrimination or harassment, please report them to us at support@goadvisor.ae.

15. Proprietary Restrictions

The Platform, including its general layout, design, information, content, and other materials, is exclusively owned by GoAdvisor and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Except for the limited rights granted to use the Platform in accordance with these Terms of Use, GoAdvisor retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the Platform and its intellectual property. Users agree not to take any actions inconsistent with GoAdvisor’s ownership interestsWe reserve all rights related to the Platform and its Content (excluding User Content), including, without limitation, all rights not expressly granted herein.

16. Privacy

We prioritize your privacy and handle your information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our Platform, you consent to the collection, transfer, and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy. If you disagree with how your information is handled, please refrain from using our Platform.

17. Security

If you become aware of any unauthorized access or security breach involving the Platform, your Account, or GoAdvisor Services, you must immediately notify us and take all necessary actions to mitigate the breach. This includes preserving evidence and notifying relevant authorities. Your User Account is personal to you, and you are responsible for keeping your password secure. Do not share your password with others. We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorized access to your Account due to your failure to secure your password.

18. Access and Interference

You agree not to use any automated means, including robots, spiders, scrapers, or other tools, to access the Platform or our API (application programming interface) without our express written permission.

Additionally, you agree not to:

Impose Load: Take any action that imposes or may impose an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on our infrastructure.
Disrupt Systems: Interfere with, damage, manipulate, disrupt, disable, modify, overburden, or impair any device, software system, or network connected to or used in relation to the Platform or your Account, or assist others in doing so.
Unauthorized Use of Content: Copy, reproduce, modify, create derivative works from, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform without prior express written permission from GoAdvisor and the relevant third party.
Interfere with Functionality: Interfere with or attempt to interfere with the proper functioning of the Platform, services, tools, or any activities conducted on or with the Platform.
Bypass Restrictions: Bypass our robot exclusion headers or other measures we use to prevent or restrict access to the Platform.
Harvest Information: Harvest or otherwise collect information about Users, including email addresses, without their consent.
Facilitate Money Exchange: Use GoAdvisor to facilitate money exchange, including cryptocurrency transactions.
Download and Aggregate Listings: Download and aggregate listings from our Platform for display with listings from other Platforms without our express written permission, or “frame,” “mirror,” or incorporate any part of the Platform into another Platform without prior written authorization.
Objectionable Purposes: Attempt to use GoAdvisor’s platform or services for any objectionable purpose.

19. Violations & Reporting

Warnings and Consequences: Users may receive a warning for violations of our Terms of Use or Code of Conduct, or for any reported misconduct. Such warnings will be sent to the User’s email address and will also be displayed on the Platform. While warnings do not immediately restrict account activity, they can result in the loss of Advisor status or account suspension or termination, depending on the severity of the violation.

Reporting Violations: If you encounter content or behavior that you believe violates our Terms of Use or Code of Conduct, please report it to us. Our Platform Safety & Security team will review all reported cases. To ensure privacy, the details and outcomes of investigations will not be disclosed. For more information on how we handle your data, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

20. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GoAdvisor (including our officers, directors, agents, subsidiaries, joint ventures, and employees) from any claims, demands, or legal actions, including associated legal fees and costs, arising out of your breach of these Terms of Use or any infringement of laws or third-party rights in connection with your use of the Platform and GoAdvisor Services.

21. Warranty Disclaimer

GoAdvisor is a platform that connects users with advisors. We do not endorse, guarantee, or assume responsibility for the accuracy or quality of any advisor listings or services provided by advisors. The relationship between a user and an advisor is independent, and GoAdvisor is not responsible for any outcomes related to the services offered by advisors.

Your use of the Platform, its content, and any services or items obtained through it is at your own risk. The Platform and its content, as well as any services or items obtained through the Platform, are provided on an “as is,” “with all faults,” and “as available” basis. We make no warranties of any kind, either express or implied. This includes, but is not limited to, warranties regarding the completeness, security, reliability, quality, accuracy, or availability of the Platform. Some information on the Platform may be offensive, harmful, inaccurate, misleading, or mislabeled, whether by us or by third parties.

We specifically disclaim any representation or warranty concerning:

The Platform or any Professional Services or GoAdvisor Services.
The accuracy, reliability, availability, integrity, timeliness, or content of the Platform or any Professional Services or GoAdvisor Services.
The Platform, Professional Services, or GoAdvisor Services being up-to-date, uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or non-misleading.
The correction of defects in the Platform.
The backup of data or business continuity arrangements for the Platform, Professional Services, or GoAdvisor Services.
Any third-party agreements or guarantees of business outcomes through the Platform, Professional Services, or GoAdvisor Services.
The Platform, Professional Services, or GoAdvisor Services being free from errors or malicious code, secure, confidential, or performing to any specific standard or function.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim any implied warranties of title, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, quality, suitability, and non-infringement.

The Platform may contain links to third-party Platforms. We do not control these external Platforms and do not endorse their content, products, services, or practices. Your use of third-party links is at your own risk.

22. No Warranty Regarding Each User's Purported Identity

We do not and cannot verify each user’s claimed identity on the Platform. Information about users is based solely on data submitted by the users themselves. We provide this information for the convenience of users only and do not offer any introduction, endorsement, or recommendation.

23. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, neither GoAdvisor, nor its affiliates, partners, employees, agents, officers, directors, licensors, or service providers shall be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use of or inability to use our platform, services, or any related content, even if such damages were foreseeable or GoAdvisor had been advised of their possibility. This limitation of liability includes, but is not limited to:

Use of Platform or Services: Any issues stemming from your use of, or inability to use, the platform or services offered. This includes technical difficulties, service interruptions, or any inability to access features or perform actions on the platform, regardless of the cause.
Delays and Disruptions: Any delay, outage, or disruption in the availability or functionality of the platform or services, whether due to maintenance, technical faults, internet disruptions, or any other factors beyond GoAdvisor’s control.
Malicious Software: Any loss or damage resulting from viruses, malware, or other malicious software acquired through the use of or access to the platform, including any content or links provided by third parties.
Errors, Glitches, or Inaccuracies: Any damages resulting from bugs, glitches, errors, or inaccuracies present in the platform or services. This includes faulty features, miscalculations, or incorrect information provided through platform functionalities.
Hardware Damage: Any physical or software damage to your devices, equipment, or data storage systems that occurs as a result of using the platform or services. This includes malfunctioning software or downloads initiated through the platform.
Third-Party Actions or Inactions: Any damages or losses resulting from the actions, omissions, or negligence of third parties who interact with the platform, such as other users, service providers, or linked third-party platforms.
Account Suspension or Restrictions: Any losses or impacts you suffer due to actions taken regarding your account, including suspensions, restrictions, or termination, regardless of whether such actions were temporary or permanent.
Reliance on Platform Information: Any damages resulting from reliance on the quality, accuracy, or reliability of information provided on the platform, including service postings, advisor profiles, ratings, reviews, recommendations, and other composite data or metrics.
Changes to Terms of Use: Any losses or inconveniences caused by changes or updates to the Terms of Use that require you to modify your behavior, business practices, or content, even if these changes result in loss of business or your inability to continue using the platform as previously intended.
Loss of Income, Business, or Profits: Any loss of revenue, profits, or business opportunities, whether direct or indirect, that arise from your use of the platform or services, regardless of the cause or foreseeability of such loss.
Transactional Losses: Any claims, damages, or losses that occur due to transactions, agreements, or exchanges made through the platform, whether with third-party service providers or other users, including failed or disputed transactions.
Indirect and Consequential Damages: Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of goodwill, anticipated savings, emotional distress, or other intangible losses.

This limitation of liability applies regardless of the legal theory under which the claim is brought, including but not limited to tort (such as negligence), contract, or statutory claims. GoAdvisor and its related entities, affiliates, and staff will not be liable even in cases where the damages were foreseeable or where they had prior knowledge of the potential for such damages.

This limitation does not affect any liability that cannot be legally excluded or limited under applicable law. In jurisdictions where such limitations are restricted, GoAdvisor’s liability will be limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.

24. Force Majeure

We are not liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations due to events beyond our reasonable control (each a “Force Majeure Event“) including but not limited to labor disturbances, accidents, fires, floods, pandemics, telecommunications or Internet failures, strikes, wars, riots, rebellions, terrorism, blockades, acts of government, governmental requirements, regulations or restrictions imposed by law, or any other similar events. Our obligations under these Terms of Use will be suspended for the duration of the Force Majeure Event, and we will be granted an extension of time for performance during that period. We will use reasonable efforts to end the Force Majeure Event or find a solution to perform our obligations despite it.

25. Termination

GoAdvisor reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to the platform at any time, for any reason, without notice, including but not limited to breaches of these Terms.

26. Changes to Platform and Content

We may modify the operation of the Platform and update or change the content at our discretion and without prior notice. These changes could include updates to features and functionalities, adjustments to align with technological advancements, market practices, applicable laws or regulations, or shifts in our business priorities. We do not guarantee that the Platform or any content will always be available free of charge or continuously accessible. We may suspend, withdraw, or restrict the availability of all or any part of the Platform at our discretion, whether for business, operational, or other reasons. 28. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the UAE. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the UAE.

29. Severability and Interpretation

Severability: If any provision of these Terms of Use is found to be invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision will be modified and interpreted to achieve its intended purpose to the greatest extent possible under the law. The remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
Interpretation: In the event that a provision of this Agreement or other Terms of Use is deemed illegal, invalid, or unenforceable in whole or in part under applicable law, it will be considered ineffective only within the jurisdiction where it is illegal, invalid, or unenforceable. The provision will be modified to conform to applicable law to give maximum effect to the parties’ intent. The legality, validity, or enforceability of such a provision in other jurisdictions will not be affected.
Limitations: If certain jurisdictions do not permit some of the exclusions or limitations outlined above, these provisions may not apply to you. In such cases, liability will be limited to the maximum extent legally permissible under the applicable legislation.
